At Tekhouz Solutions, we stand behind the quality of every device we sell. All products are thoroughly tested and graded before shipment. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for B2B orders and 7 days for retail orders. Items must be returned in the same condition and grade as received.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Partial refunds may apply if the device is returned in a lower condition than received.

Our grading system ensures consistency in quality checks and helps you clearly understand the condition of each device.
Cosmetic: No scratches on display or back panel. No dents, chips, or cracks. Frame clean with no visible wear. Camera lens scratch-free.
Functional: All functions work perfectly — touchscreen, Face ID/fingerprint, cameras, charging, speakers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, all buttons.
Battery: Healthy performance, charges normally, no abnormal drain.
Cosmetic: Light surface scratches on screen or back panel. Minor marks around the frame. No dents or cracks. Camera lens clean.
Functional: Everything works perfectly — display, cameras, charging, audio, network, Face ID/fingerprint, all buttons.
Battery: Good health, charges normally, suitable for daily use.
Cosmetic: Noticeable scratches on display and back. Visible dents on frame or corners. Minor paint wear or small chips. No major cracks affecting usability.
Functional: All major functions working — touchscreen, cameras, charging, speakers, microphone, Face ID/fingerprint, connectivity, buttons.
Battery: Functional, charges normally. Battery health may be lower than Grade A/B but performs reliably.
Cosmetic: May include heavy scratches, multiple dents, cracked glass, deep frame damage.
Functional: Has one or more issues — charging problems, display damage (dead pixels, flickering), touch failure, battery issues, speaker/camera/connectivity faults, or motherboard issues.
Note: Grade D devices are sold as-is for repair or parts. No returns accepted on this grade.
All devices are individually inspected by our technicians before listing. Grade is assigned based on the worst cosmetic or functional defect present.
We collect information you provide when placing an order or contacting us: name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. We do not store full payment card details — payments are processed securely by PayPal.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors) and only to the extent required to fulfill your order.
We retain order and account information for up to 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Our website uses minimal cookies to maintain your shopping session (cart contents). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by PayPal's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
